June raises $20M in pre-seed round to simplify AI adoption as enterprise AI funding heats up

A startup called June has emerged from stealth mode with $20 million in pre-seed funding, positioning itself as a company focused on making AI adoption simpler for organizations still struggling to integrate the technology into their workflows.

For a pre-seed round, $20 million is substantial. Most companies at that stage raise between $1 million and $5 million.

The AI funding arms race is getting crowded

NeuralTrust closed a $20 million seed round aimed at securing enterprise AI agents. Talp raised $20 million for AI personas in a separate round focused on non-crypto applications.

What we do know is that the company chose to operate in stealth. This particular June entity doesn’t appear to be connected to any known crypto tokens or blockchain protocols.

Where crypto and AI intersect

Blockchain.com’s June AI, a privacy-focused assistant that launched in beta around August 2025, offers a useful case study. By December 2025, it had registered over 500,000 user accounts and was processing 650,000 weekly interactions.

The naming coincidence between the stealth startup June and Blockchain.com’s June AI is worth noting: one is a standalone venture-backed startup with no apparent blockchain ties, the other is a feature within an established crypto platform.

What this means for investors

Blockchain.com’s June AI hitting 500,000 accounts in roughly four months demonstrates that users are willing to engage with AI tools when privacy guarantees are baked in.
