KyberSwap unveils unified interface for trading and earning features

1 hour ago 18

KyberSwap just rolled out a revamped interface that bundles its core functions, trading, earning, developer tools, and a new AI agent hub, into one unified dashboard. For a platform that aggregates liquidity from over 420 sources across roughly 18 EVM-compatible chains, the move is less about adding features and more about making the ones it already has easier to find.

What the unified interface actually covers

The trading section remains KyberSwap’s bread and butter. The platform routes trades through its aggregation engine, pulling liquidity from hundreds of decentralized sources to find optimal pricing and reduce slippage. Instant swaps, limit orders, and cross-chain swaps all live under one roof now.

Kyber Earn, the platform’s yield arm, sits alongside those trading tools. It uses what KyberSwap calls “Zap technology,” which lets users provide liquidity with a single token rather than needing to manually split holdings into a trading pair.

The developer tools section targets builders looking to integrate KyberSwap’s aggregation and routing capabilities into their own applications. And then there’s the AI agent hub, a newer addition that signals KyberSwap is betting on the intersection of autonomous agents and DeFi.

Scale and history behind the redesign

KyberSwap didn’t arrive at this point overnight. The underlying Kyber Network launched back in 2017, making it one of the older protocols in DeFi. The platform rebranded from KyberDMM to KyberSwap in 2021, pivoting toward a more consumer-facing identity with expanded aggregation capabilities.

Since then, the numbers have stacked up. KyberSwap has facilitated over $150 billion in cumulative trading volume and attracted more than 4.6 million users.

The platform operates across nearly 18 EVM-compatible chains, including Ethereum and Polygon. Its dynamic routing system evaluates liquidity across all those chains and sources to find the best execution path for each trade.

Governance plays a role too. KNC, KyberSwap’s native token, powers KyberDAO, where holders can stake tokens, vote on protocol decisions, and earn a cut of trading fees.
