Rigetti Computing carries a market capitalization of approximately $5.89B. Its trailing twelve-month revenue sits at $13.35M. That ratio, for anyone keeping score, works out to roughly 441x sales.

Rigetti (NASDAQ: RGTI) posted $5.14M in Q2 2026 revenue, a 185% increase compared to the same quarter a year earlier. That growth was driven primarily by sales of its Novera quantum processing units and related cloud services.

As of June 30, 2026, Rigetti held $541.3M in cash and investments. It carries zero financial debt. Rigetti went public through a SPAC merger on March 2, 2022, at a valuation of roughly $1.5B.

In May 2026, the Department of Commerce issued a letter of intent outlining potential funding of up to $100M for Rigetti under the CHIPS Act. That funding structure would reportedly include an equity stake for the government.

Rigetti has also announced plans to invest up to $100M in the United Kingdom to deploy a quantum system exceeding 1,000 qubits.

Rigetti was founded in 2013 by Chad Rigetti. Going from $1.8M to $5.14M in quarterly revenue is meaningful for the company’s trajectory. Rigetti’s closest public comparisons include IonQ, which trades at similarly stretched multiples, and D-Wave Quantum, which has taken a different technological approach with quantum annealing.
