The group draw for the VALORANT Challengers EMEA Last Chance Qualifier has been revealed, setting up a 16-team gauntlet running July 7 through July 12, 2026. The tournament feeds into the broader Valorant Champions Tour ecosystem.

The tournament breakdown

The Last Chance Qualifier sits at a critical juncture in the VCT 2026 season. Sixteen teams will compete for qualification spots in the VCT EMEA Stage 2 Play-Ins, making it a do-or-die affair for squads that fell short during the regular Challengers circuit.

Twelve of those teams come from Challengers EMEA Stage 3 standings, specifically those finishing between 4th and 16th place. The remaining four slots go to teams emerging from a separate Play-In qualifier.

The format splits the field into four groups of four teams, each running a double-elimination GSL format. Top two from each group advance to a single-elimination playoff bracket. Group stage matches are Best-of-3, with the grand final stretching to a Best-of-5.

The tournament carries a prize pool of exactly zero dollars. The only reward is the qualification opportunity itself.

The EMEA Last Chance Qualifier runs its group stage from July 7 through July 9, with playoffs following from July 10 to July 12. Eight teams will emerge from groups, with a single champion eventually earning their path forward in the VCT system.
